COLOUR Pale straw with a light green rim NOSE Initial impressions: fresh, vibrant and fruit driven. With a few swirls and time in the glass a lovely creamy complexity creeps in enveloping the sweet Honeydew melon, waxy lemon citrus and white nectarine. Subtle background hints of nougat and cashew nut linger to close out the aromatics. PALATE Beautifully poised palate with the nectarine and citrus fruits continuing from the nose combining perfectly with the fine but soft line of acid.
